Pei Luo

Pei Luo is a Scientist at Switch Therapeutics since January 2024, focusing on in vivo neuroscience experiments and pharmacodynamic analysis for RNA therapeutic candidates targeting neurodegenerative diseases. Prior experience includes a Graduate Researcher role at the University of California, Davis from September 2018 to December 2023, where Pei designed and conducted neurobiological research projects while also serving as a Teaching Assistant for an undergraduate Neurophysiology course. Earlier work as a Research Assistant I at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston involved utilizing various techniques to study the role of exchange proteins in atherosclerosis. Pei's educational background includes a PhD and a Master’s degree in Biological Psychology from the University of California, Davis, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Smith College.
