Aarthi began their career in 2000 as a Telemarketing Executive at Tata Donnelley Limited, where they were involved in sales for Satyam Infoway, JobsDB.com, MedyBiz.com, TATA Press and BrandQuiver. In 2001, they moved to Focus Corporate Services & Consulting as a Telemarketing Lead, where they handled an outbound team and was involved in sales for American Express, Ashok Leyland, HSBC and ICICI. In 2003, they joined GE Money as an Agency Manager, where they handled an agency of 45+ team members plus support managers which was involved in selling various financial products. In 2006, they moved to aegis bpo as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for setting up the telesales team for online space marketing and customer support. A year later, they joined Yahoo! as a Lead-Editorial & Customer Support Operations. In 2013, they moved to Swym Corporation as an Editorial Manager, where they were in charge of content curation and publishing across devices, and was also involved in product conception and product market strategies. In 2016, they moved to Zenify as a Senior Manager. Finally, in 2019, they returned to Swym Corporation as a Customer Success Manager.
Aarthi Vikram attended the University of Madras from 2000 to 2003, where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in the field of Commerce.
