Randy Clausen

Randy Clausen has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles in various companies. Randy currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SyBridge Technologies, a global technology solutions provider. Prior to that, Randy was the President of JRC Holdings LLC. Randy also has experience in the nonprofit sector as the Interim Executive Director of Children & Family Urban Movement (CFUM).

Randy's previous roles include serving as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Brake Parts Inc LLC and the Vice President of HR at Dover. At Brake Parts Inc, they oversaw HR strategy for a global manufacturing company and led talent development and acquisition activities. At Dover, they held multiple HR leadership positions and was responsible for developing people strategy and talent processes for various global companies.

Before that, Randy worked at Whirlpool Corporation, where they held various HR roles and served as the Vice President of HR for Hoover Floor Care and Vice President of HR for Employee Services. In these roles, they were responsible for compensation, health/welfare programs, retirement programs, and administrative services for thousands of employees.
