Janice Trpkovski

Janice Trpkovski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Janice is currently working at SyBridge Technologies as the Human Resources Director, a role they assumed in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager from January to June 2023, and as an HR Manager- Mobility from June 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining SyBridge Technologies, Janice worked at St. Clair College, where they served as the Academic Excellence Manager from April to June 2022. Janice also worked as the Operations Manager in the Zekelman School of Business & IT from June 2019 to March 2022.

Janice Trpkovski's earlier career included a role at Plasman Group, where they held the position of SR Corporate Manager HR Operations from November 2016 to June 2019. Janice'sresponsibilities included acting as a strategic business partner to the Human Resources Site Leads and Senior Leadership Team, implementing human resources methods, policies, and projects, and driving continuous improvement in all HR areas.

At Vistaprint, Janice had various roles. Janice was the Manager, HR Operations from February 2015 to November 2016, responsible for delivering HR services within North America and Australia. Janice also played a key role in implementing a comprehensive HR self-service platform. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr HR Specialist from April 2011 to February 2015, managing projects, identifying resources, and executing assigned projects and processes.

Janice Trpkovski's earliest recorded work experience was at Caesars Windsor, where they worked in the Human Resources department from July 1998 to April 2011. Janice'sresponsibilities included maintaining and administering the benefit program, managing employee files, and handling benefits and pension data in compliance with the carrier contract.

Janice Trpkovski has a diverse education history. Janice started their education at St. Clair College, where they obtained a certificate in Human Resources and a diploma in Computer Networking. In 2011, they continued their education at Dalhousie University, earning a certificate in Benefits Specialist. In 2012, Janice attended HRPA and earned a certificate in HR Project Management. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Athabasca University, starting in 2021. In the same year, they also obtained a certificate in Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U.
