About the role   We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our lively Marketing team in Nottingham and help drive Sygnature's exciting growth!   As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts—creating and coordinating a wide range of content for various channels, from compelling written pieces and eye-catching infographics to engaging videos, webinars, and podcasts. You’ll also dive into managing and growing our social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube—getting creative to boost our engagement!   This role is perfect for someone who already has some marketing experience and is ready to take their career to the next level with a fast-growing, innovative company. Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Keeping our website up-to-date and engaging.
  • Supporting data management in our CRM (NetSuite) and Marketing Automation System (HubSpot).
  • Working closely with agencies and external suppliers to bring our marketing ideas to life.
  • Organizing fun and unique branded merchandise to attract attention and engagement at conferences.
  • Managing the purchasing system like a champ—raising POs, sharing invoices, and setting up new suppliers.

Key Requirements:

  • A-Level or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year’s experience in a marketing role.
  • Great communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a love for problem-solving.
  • Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Some experience with a CRM system.
