Allazei Phillips

Allazei Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Research and Development Student Assistant at the University of the Western Cape/Universiteit van Wes-Kaapland. From 2009 to 2013, they served as a Customer Service Consultant at Lufthansa In Touch. Then, from 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Consultant: Policies and Procedures at Capitec Bank. In 2014, Allazei joined Sygnia Asset Management as a Marketing Co-ordinator, a role they held until 2018. Allazei then transitioned to Nelson Mandela University, where they served as a TVET Administrator from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Allazei is back at Sygnia Asset Management as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2023, they are expected to take on the role of Marketing Project Manager.

Allazei Phillips has an extensive education history. In 1998, they graduated from Hottentots-Holland High School with a Matric degree. Allazei then attended the University of the Western Cape from 2003 to 2009, earning a B.Com Law degree with a focus on Business Law. In 2014 and 2015, Allazei pursued Human Resources Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. In 2016, they completed a short course on Digital Marketing at the University of Cape Town. Continuing their education, Allazei obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Nelson Mandela University Business School in 2019. Finally, they completed their education journey by obtaining a Masters in Business Administration from the same institution, from 2020 to 2022, with a specialization in Business.
