Anna Hughes-Papich

Anna Hughes-Papich has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Anna is currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Sylvan Crossings Assisted Living and Memory Care. Prior to that, they worked at Aptiv as the Southern Region Life Services Director from 2019 to 2023. Anna also served as the Executive Director at Senior Lifestyle, Mission Creek from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they were the Executive Director at Huntington Place, a senior living campus with multiple licensures, in Five Star Senior Living for a decade. Anna started their career as the Quality Manager at Rock County Health Care Center from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they have experience as a Community Resource Specialist and Executive Director at Our House Senior Living.

Anna Hughes-Papich obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Mathematics from Beloit College, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Director of Assisted Living from the Senior Living Certification Commission in July 2016.
