Amy Merkley

Amy Merkley has held various leadership roles throughout their work experience. Amy began their career at Honeywell as a Site Leader, where they were responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and overall performance of a $196 million aftermarket business. Amy then moved on to Pacific Scientific and Meggitt, where they served as the Vice President/General Manager and later as the Senior Vice President of Integrated Logistics & Operations. In these roles, they had P&L responsibility for multimillion-dollar aftermarket businesses across multiple sites and regions. Most recently, Amy served as the Chief Operating Officer at Precision Aviation Group and currently holds the same position at Sylvan Road Capital LLC. Amy'sexperience spans a wide range of functions including sales and marketing, operations, supply chain, trade compliance, quality, finance, and customer service.

Amy Merkley attended Purdue University from 1989 to 1994. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Engineering.
