Kartik Naik

Kartik Naik has worked in various roles in the past six years. In 2022, they were a Manager Strategic Partnerships at Symbiosis Educational Consultants, a learning design firm based out of New York. In this role, they developed an understanding of the US, ME, and Canada Higher-Ed System, and facilitated both marketing and sales functions. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Vedantu as a Manager and Sales Team Lead. In their Manager role, they were responsible for scaling future leaders and team leads for the sales department, engaging better thought process to make conversion flow more intuitive and innovative, and smashing and overachieving targets. As a Sales Team Lead, they were responsible for grooming, training, tracking productivity metrics, and driving sales executives into target achievers. In 2018, they worked at Brick&Bolt as a Lead Sales and Operations, gaining a thorough understanding of civil engineering concepts, functioning as an independent scrum unit, and coordinating with the support team for effective follow-ups and timely conversion of prospects. That same year, they were a Business Lead at Selvitate Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for lead generation and establishing the brand presence on social media channels. In 2017, they were a Senior Business Development Associate at BYJU'S (Think & Learn Pvt. Ltd.), where they worked in both inside sales and direct sales channels, developed various strategies to generate sales, and worked on multiple iterations of presentations, pitch modifications, and deal closing case studies. In 2016, they were a VLSI Trainee at Maven Silicon.

Kartik Naik completed their primary and high school education at St Paul's High School Belgaum from 2000 to 2010. Kartik then went on to pursue a Senior High Pre University Education in Science at M.S Ramaiah Pre-University College. Finally, they graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Alvas Institute of Engineering and Technology, MOODBIDRI in 2016.
