Atai started their career as a QA Engineer at Moka5, where they worked for 1 year 2 months. Atai then moved on to become the Lead QA Engineer at Post Intelligence, where they worked for 2 years 2 months. In this role, they were responsible for creating an automation framework from scratch, writing new test scripts, maintaining all tests suits in automation framework and test documentation, and reviewing and analyzing logs for live video streaming feature to improve quality of live streams. Atai also performed cross-functional and end-to-end testing on iOS, Android and Web clients, and tested and verified all back-end changes before pushing to production.

At their current role as Senior QA Engineer at Symbl, Atai is responsible for managing several teams of engineers, QA engineers, Designers, Products, Support, Infrastructure, and other teams. Atai also plans, scopes, resources, and works with leadership and external customers.

Atai Chynaliev attended App Academy, a computer software engineering program, from 2018 to 2018. The program lasted for 1000+ hours and covered topics such as Ruby, JavaScript, Rails, SQL, React/Redux, Git, HTML/CSS, algorithms, design patterns and programming best practices. Chynaliev also attended Kyrgyz Technical University, where they studied power engineering and general subjects.
