Hariharasudan Malaichamee

Hariharasudan Malaichamee has a diverse work experience in the field of robotics and software engineering. Hariharasudan is currently working as an Engineering Manager (Controls and Localization) at Symbotic since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at WaveSense as a Lead Software Engineer from February 2021 to June 2023, where they also held the role of Senior Software Engineer for a brief period. Before that, they worked at ALERT INNOVATION as a Staff Software Engineer (Robotics) from April 2019 to January 2021, and as a Senior Software Engineer (Robotics) from December 2016 to April 2019.

During their time at IBM, they were involved in Enterprise Integration (EI) SOA testing for Directv Applications and Business Process Testing (BPT) for Directv Applications, where they were responsible for creating test plans, generating test scenarios and test cases, executing tests, reporting and tracking defects, and implementing TAC and LEAN methodologies.

Hariharasudan Malaichamee earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Hariharasudan further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University between 2012 and 2013. Additionally, Hariharasudan has obtained certifications in Leadership Fundamentals, Conflict Resolution Foundations, and Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020.
