Danielle Bradbury has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Danielle started their career at Pacific Life in 2010 as a Support Services Specialist, where they handled incoming and outgoing mail functions. Danielle then advanced to become a Team Lead, responsible for quality review and meeting service level agreements. Bradbury was later promoted to Document Center Supervisor, overseeing day-to-day activities and developing a competent staff. Danielle also worked as a Technical Business Analyst, supporting the overall process success of the document center.

In 2018, Bradbury joined Symetra as a Manager in the New Business - Life and Disability department. Danielle was eventually promoted to Manager of Benefits Operations, and then to Assistant Director of Benefit Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Symetra.

Overall, Bradbury has gained valuable experience in operations management, training and mentoring, and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.

Danielle Bradbury obtained their Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Fullerton College from 2005 to 2007.
