Pavlo Novikov

Pavlo Novikov is a seasoned QA Manager and Team Leader at Symphony Solutions since June 2016, specializing in process and product lifecycle management for Life Science companies. Prior to this, Pavlo accumulated extensive experience at EPAM Systems from 2011 to 2016, progressing through various roles including QA Team Lead and Lead Software Testing Engineer across multiple projects focused on quality assurance and automation testing. Earlier experience includes a position as QC Engineer and Test Lead at SoftServe, where Pavlo contributed to network monitoring solutions.
