Vivek Surana

Vivek Surana has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. Vivek is currently working at Symphony SummitAI as the Associate Director of Operations, where they drive IT service delivery and support for both internal stakeholders and global client engagements. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager-IT at Ticvic Technologies from 2019 to 2021, where they managed IT service delivery and directed a team with core IT infrastructure and software development support services. From 2015 to 2019, Vivek worked at ITC Infotech as a Program Manager-IT Infrastructure, overseeing the delivery of IT infrastructure management and support for multi-million-dollar client engagements worldwide. Vivek has also held roles at hibu as a Senior IT Manager, FICO as an Associate Manager, Dell as a Technical Support Expert, Mphasis as a Technical Support Executive, Wipro BPO as a Technical Facilitator, and Resonance Technology Group, LLC as a Business Development Officer.

Vivek Surana completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Systems from the Institute of Computers and Business Management - School of Business Excellence from 2000 to 2002. Vivek also pursued a Certification Program in General Management (CPGM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, Vivek Surana obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology from the University of Madras between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including ITIL V3 Foundation in March 2009. Moreover, they obtained a Dual Diploma in Multimedia and Web Engineering from Arena Multimedia Hyderabad.
