Jason Shane

Jason Shane has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Jason is currently the Head of Strategy & Innovation for Financial Services at SymphonyAI, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at UBS as the Managing Director and Head of Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance Technology from 2020 to 2023. Jason also served as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse from 2010 to 2020. Before that, they were a Senior Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 1998 to 2010. Jason started their career at ING Barings as a Development Team Lead from 1996 to 1998, and prior to that, they worked at ADP as a Programmer from 1993 to 1996.

Jason Shane received their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
