Matthew Wilkinson

Matthew Wilkinson has diverse work experience in learning and development roles. Matthew is currently the Global Head of Learning & Development at SymphonyAI since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Solutions at FREE NOW from November 2022 to July 2023. Matthew has also worked as a Senior Manager - Talent Development at Unity Technologies from July 2019 to November 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Finastra, where they were the global lead for leadership and management programs from June 2016 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Matthew was the Talent Development Manager EMEA at Gartner from July 2014 to June 2016, and a Learning and Development Consultant at Time Inc. UK from January 2011 to July 2014. Matthew began their career as a Development & Learning Consultant at University of the Arts London in 2004.

Matthew Wilkinson earned a Post Grad Certificate in Psychology of Organisational Change from Heriott Watt University - CIPD in 2009. Prior to that, they received a Master of Arts degree in Education from the University of London in 2006.
