Manager, Client Support Services at Symplicity

Shelby Wentworth has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. From 2005 to 2014, they worked at the College of Saint Benedict as the Director of Residential Life. In this role, they oversaw operations for multiple campus buildings, managed the student conduct process, and implemented a conduct management system. Shelby also created and implemented a residential curriculum and developed assessment strategies for the department.

In 2014, Shelby joined Symplicity Corporation. Initially, they served as an Implementation Project Manager, where they managed multiple SAAS client implementation projects. Shelby conducted training sessions, configured systems, and created support resources. Shelby also provided training to new staff and developed client support articles and videos.

Later, they became the Manager of Client Support Services at Symplicity. In their current role, they are responsible for managing support operations for the Accommodate and Insight product lines. This includes training and evaluating the support teams, troubleshooting system issues, and developing various support resources for clients.

Shelby Wentworth holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of South Dakota School of Education, which they pursued from 2002 to 2005. Earlier, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences, from 1995 to 1999.

Shelby has also obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2020.
