Karissa Fuller is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in professional services and client management within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Managing Director & SVP at symplr since August 2021, Karissa has previously held senior leadership roles including Senior Director Client Services at HealthcareSource and Senior Director of Client Experience & Training at NANTHEALTH. With a strong background at NaviNet and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, Karissa has demonstrated expertise in user adoption, engagement, and channel management. Karissa's career began in pharmaceutical sales at Daiichi Sankyo and as a district manager at ADP. Karissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Rhode Island.
