Swayam Rawla

Swayam Rawla has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Swayam is currently the Director of Customer Success and Support Operations at symplr, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Excers Inc. from 2019 to 2023, first as the GM of the CX Practice and then as the Director of the CX Practice. From 2011 to 2019, Swayam worked at Medallia, where they held various managerial positions, including Manager of Partner Enablement and Manager of Client Services. Swayam also worked as a Consultant at o9 Solutions from 2010 to 2011. Swayam started their career as a Management Intern at Quest Industries, LLC in 2007.

Swayam Rawla obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
