Katharina Dürbaum

Katharina Dürbaum has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Katharina is currently working as the Corporate Vice President of Group Human Resources at Symrise AG since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an International Business Coach and Associate Partner at Rochus Mummert from 2018 to 2021. Katharina also served as the Head of Group HR at SBS Ecoclean Group from April 2018 to September 2018.

Before that, Katharina held multiple positions at Continental, including Head of HR from September 2014 to December 2017 and Head of International Assignments from May 2012 to August 2014. Katharina worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG Deutschland from February 2008 to April 2012.
