John Hurley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John started their career in 1997 as a QA at matridigm and then worked as a Support at Quality Call Solutions from 1999 to 2001. In 2003, they joined Tumbleweed Communications as a Sr. Global Support Engineer until 2008. After that, they worked at Yahoo - Zimbra as a Support Engineer from 2008 to 2010. John then moved to VMware as a Sr. Software Support Engineer from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Zimbra as a Technical Support Manager from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Sr Support Manager at Synacor since 2015.
