Kip Cleverley

Kip Cleverley serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Synagro, where responsibilities include leading the Sustainability and ESG strategy within the Executive Leadership Team with an emphasis on circular innovation. Prior to this role, Kip held the position of Vice President, Global Sustainability & ESG at IFF, contributing to substantial achievements in sustainability initiatives, including exceeding ESG goals and launching award-winning projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sustainability, Product Stewardship & EHS at Benjamin Moore & Co., where Kip drove product innovation in environmentally friendly paints. Educational qualifications include an MS in Environmental Systems Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University, and an MBA in Sustainable Business Development from Green Mountain College.
