Manuel Fhal is currently working at Synamedia as a Talent Partner, responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle and collaborating with managers for open positions. Prior to this role, Manuel worked at Ethosia as a Technical Recruiter, where Manuel conducted professional interviews for technical positions and managed recruitment processes. With a background in International Recruitment and Program Management, Manuel has a Master's degree in European Studies and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Human Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, Manuel has experience in leadership and public speaking from Machon Youth Leaders.
