Max Sorkin

Max Sorkin has extensive work experience in the field of system architecture and software development. Max is currently working at Synamedia as a Principal Engineer and System Architect. Max joined the company in October 2018 and continues to hold this position. Prior to Synamedia, Max worked at Cisco Systems as a System Architect from May 2013 to October 2019. Before that, they were a System Architect at NDS (now part of Cisco), starting in June 2004 and ending in May 2013. Max's career in the technology industry began at NDS (now part of Cisco) in June 1993 as a SW Development Group Leader, where they worked until January 2004. Their first professional experience was as a Software Developer at Malam, from March 1992 to May 1993.

Max Sorkin earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Physics from Latvijas Universitate, completing their studies from 1978 to 1983.
