Andy Anderson

Andy Anderson has over 10 years of experience in various roles in the product development and management consulting industry. Andy worked at Synapse Product Development from 2014 to present, starting as a Program Manager and later becoming the Director of Client Services and then the Director of Industrial & Agritech Business. At Synapse, Andy was responsible for managing projects, developing new client relationships, and leading a team of engineers.

Prior to Synapse, Andy worked at Arryve as a Senior Consultant, Manager, and Engagement Manager from 2010 to 2013. At Arryve, they managed consultants, delivered client consultation, and led internal improvement initiatives.

Before Arryve, Andy worked at Korry Electronics as a Program Manager from 2008 to 2010, where they managed product development teams and served as an account manager for a strategic customer.

Andy also had experience at PACCAR, where they worked as a Commodity Manager and Assistant Director from 2003 to 2008, managing supply chain development and leading purchasing processes for engine programs.

Andy began their career at GS2 as a Product Manager from 2000 to 2003, where they designed and developed water sports equipment based on industry trends and client consultation.

Andy Anderson completed their education in a chronological order. Andy first attended Decatur High School, but specific start and end years were not provided. Following high school, they went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Washington, attending from 1995 to 2000. Afterward, Andy pursued further education by obtaining an MBA in Business from Seattle University, studying from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ in June 2013.
