Will van der Vaart is a Chief Financial Officer at Synapse Virtual Production. Prior to their current role, as the Founder & CEO of Connoisseur, Will launched an experiential commerce startup specializing in personalized tasting journeys. With a background in climate and sustainability advising at Boston Consulting Group, Will has experience in building products, launching startups, and leading consumer-focused transformation programs. Will holds a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Duke University, and an MBA from Oxford University - Saïd Business School.
