Akanksha Pandey

Akanksha Pandey has five years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they began working as a Technical Recruiter for Synaptic, where they work with investors to help them better utilize alternative and traditional datasets in their decision-making process. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter for Hive from 2019-2021. From 2018-2019, they worked as an HR Trainee for CBRE, where they developed and analyzed job descriptions. Akanksha also worked as a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee for Mapro Foods Pvt Ltd from 2018-2019, where they conducted customer surveys and sampling to increase sales and create brand awareness. Lastly, from 2016-2018, they worked as an Admission Counselor for K.R. Mangalam University, where they helped the admission department in the admission process and counseled students for UG and PG programs.
