Sahil Malhotra is currently the Head of Customer Success at Synaptic. Sahil has over seven years of experience in the field of research and analysis, with a focus on the technology industry.

Sahil started their career as an intern at the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited in 2012. Sahil then worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan, covering the Financial Sponsors in Asia region. In 2014, they joined o3 Capital as an investment banking analyst, focused on Industrials and Infra deals. Sahil then moved to Tracxn in 2015, where they led the research verticals for FinTech, HealthTech, and EdTech. During their time at Tracxn, Sahil also defined the process and requirements for Industry Taxonomies, Company ratings, and Competitive Landscapes. In addition, they were also involved in fundraising and FinTech investments for the TracxnLabs fund. Sahil left Tracxn in 2017 to join Synaptic as the Head of Customer Success.

Sahil Malhotra has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Master of Science in Economics from the same school.

They are on a team with Dharmendra Verma - VP, Engineering, Siddhartha Shrivastava - Senior Director, Data Science, and Christian D'Alessandro - Director, Head of Sales. Sahil Malhotra reports to Anurag Abbott, Co-Founder.
