Lauren Ainsley Haines has gained various experiences through their work in different organizations. In 2019, they worked as an Oregon National Primate Research Center (ONPRC) Laboratory Intern at Oregon Health & Science University. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Director of Outreach & Public Relations at SafeWalk UNC, and during the same period, they worked as a Legislative Correspondence Intern for U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley of Oregon. In 2022, they became a Senior Editor at Aperto Animo Undergraduate Philosophy Journal and later assumed the role of Editor-in-Chief in 2023. In 2020, they were employed by Synaptiq as a Market Research Analyst & Content Specialist and also worked as an Intern. Currently, they are a Research Specialist Intern at Gartner, starting in 2023.
Lauren Ainsley Haines graduated from Jesuit High School Portland in 2020, obtaining a High School Diploma. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lauren Ainsley is expected to graduate in 2024 with a degree in Public Policy and Data Science. In addition to their academic achievements, they have earned two additional certifications. In 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. In 2023, they became a Parr Center for Ethics Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
