Sean Jurica, P.E.

Sean Jurica, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sean is currently employed as a Lead Engineer at SynchroGrid since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at McCord Engineering, Inc. from 2016 to 2022, where they held various positions including Professional Engineer, Manager of Substation and Transmission Design, and Registered Professional Staff Engineer. Before that, they served as a Sr Protection and Controls Engineer at Schneider Engineering, Ltd. from 2014 to 2016, where they managed a multi-million-dollar project and oversaw the cutover of transformers, switchgear, and buildings. Before that, they owned Harbor Sustainable Energy from 2010 to 2015, where they focused on project development for renewable energy and energy efficiency. Sean worked as a Sr Electrical Engineer at Bath Engineering from 2009 to 2013, and as a Region Engineering Manager at UC Synergetic from 2004 to 2009. Sean started their career at American Electric Power in 1989, holding various engineering and management positions until 2004.

Sean Jurica, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Sean pursued their undergraduate education at the university from 1987 to 1992.
