Lori Haudenschield-Cope

Lori Haudenschield-Cope possesses extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the financial services and retail sectors, currently serving as SVP & General Manager for the TJX Rewards Program at Synchrony. Previously, Lori held similar positions at Qurate Retail Card Programs and the American Eagle Credit Program. Lori's earlier career includes roles at GE Capital/Synchrony Financial as General Manager, VOC Manager, and Master Blackbelt/Blackbelt, as well as a Technical Consultant at Domain Solutions and a Process/Quality Engineer at Motorola. Lori holds an MS in Statistics and Quality Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and a BS in Management from SUNY Geneseo.
