Sandy Im

Sandy Im, CRCM, CAFP, CAMS, has extensive experience in compliance and risk management, currently serving as Vice President and BSA/AML Compliance Manager at Synchrony since June 2014. Previously, Sandy held several roles at GE Capital from November 2008 to June 2014, including Senior Manager of Internal Audit and Lead Auditor, where responsibilities involved overseeing internal audit teams and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior experience at CitiCapital included roles as Vice President, Business Risk and Control Officer, and AVP, Documentation Manager, focusing on compliance procedures and process improvements. Sandy holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Social Science from UC Irvine.
