Shreyashi Mondal

Shreyashi Mondal is currently a Manager in Human Resources at Synchrony, where responsibilities include Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partnering since April 2023. Previously, Shreyashi worked as an Intern in Talent Partnering at Ather Energy, focusing on benchmarking best practices and drafting standing orders.
