Virginia Davis

Virginia Davis, MHR, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Strategy at Synchrony, where responsibilities include leading the partnership with Great Place to Work to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture. Previously held various roles at Synchrony, including Vice President of Employee Experience and Vice President of Human Resources, following participation in the Business Leadership Program. Virginia also serves as a Young Alumni Board Member at the Darla Moore School of Business and has gained experience in human resources through internships and positions at companies such as ExxonMobil and Crane Aerospace & Electronics. Virginia holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
