Vivek Menon

Vivek Menon is a seasoned professional in solution architecture and product development, currently serving as VP and Loyalty CRM Integration Lead at Synchrony since July 2015. Prior experience includes roles such as Application Development Lead at Softcard, where Vivek contributed to the launch of an NFC-based mobile wallet, and Delivery Manager at iGate, leading a successful cardholder portfolio management engagement. Earlier roles at Patni Computer Systems included Senior Project Manager and Software Consultant, delivering projects across diverse technical platforms. Vivek holds an MBA in Computer and Information Sciences and Risk Management from Georgia State University, along with a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Mithibai College.
