Mitchell Lee is the current Chief Risk Officer at Synctera. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Fintech at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco from March 2014 to July 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Fintech, Country Analysis, and Outreach programs focused on promoting responsible, inclusive innovation in the financial system. Before their role at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Mitchell Lee was a Financial Services Advisory Manager at EY from June 2006 to February 2014. In this role, they led consulting projects focused on financial regulation and enterprise risk management for large financial institutions including banks and asset managers.
