Rodney Hassard has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rodney is currently working at Syndeo.cx as the VP Product Growth & Partner Engagement. Prior to this role, they spent time at Genesys where they held multiple positions, including Senior Director of Product Management for Conversational AI, Digital & Omnichannel Self-Service. In this role, they successfully transformed the product line, increasing product bookings from $30M to $60M in just three years. Rodney also improved operational efficiency and automation rates for Fortune 100 clients. Additionally, they served as the Director of Self-Service, AI and Automation, Solution Strategy and Solution Lead for Self-Service, AI and Automation.

Before their time at Genesys, Rodney worked at SpeechStorm as a Solution Lead for Self-Service and Automation. Rodney was responsible for leading solutions in this field for five years. Prior to that, they were a Pre-Sales and IVR Consultant at Kainos. In this role, they designed and launched various IVR and mobile web applications, resulting in significant operational efficiencies and improved NPS. Rodney also provided product training to the sales team, contributing to significant revenue growth.

Rodney Hassard attended Ulster University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with Honors and a Diploma in Industrial Studies. Rodney'sfield of study was Computer Science. Alongside their formal education, Rodney has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include "Generative AI for Business Leaders" from LinkedIn in March 2023, "Product Management: Building a Product Strategy" from LinkedIn in February 2023, "Miro essentials" from Miro in December 2022, "Product Led Growth Micro-Certification" from Product School in November 2022, "Product-led Certification" from Pendo.io in November 2022, "Genesys Design Thinking Explorer" from Genesys in February 2022, and "Genesys Certified Presales Version 8 - Genesys Core Solution (GCPS8-CORE)" from Genesys University in June 2012.
