Andrew Carroll has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and engineering industry. Andrew currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Syndi Health, where they are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving strategic growth initiatives. Andrew focuses on operational excellence, efficiency, and scalability to support Syndi Health's mission of transforming digital healthcare.

Prior to their current role, Andrew worked as a Non-Executive Director at SmallSpark Space Systems, contributing their expertise in a non-executive capacity.

Andrew also held multiple positions at Airbus, including Head of Industrial Systems, Head of Manufacturing Engineering for Operations, Head of A350 Manufacturing Engineering, Head of ME Integration and Projects, Head of Operations Long Range Equipping, and Head of AIT Engineering. In these roles, Andrew led teams and managed various aspects of manufacturing, engineering, operations, projects, and integration within Airbus.

Before joining Airbus in 2012, Andrew worked at Astrium, where they held the roles of Head of Integration Engineering and Principle AIT Engineer. In these positions, they provided manufacturing engineering support for the production of satellite propulsion systems, focusing on build processes, budgeting, scheduling, and build support.
