Tom Britton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom co-founded SyndicateRoom in 2013 and served as a Co-founding Partner. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as a Non Executive Director at UK Business Angels Association. In 2012, they co-founded Tea Storks and held the position of Co-founder and CTeaO until 2014. Tom also pursued an MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Thetrainline.com from 2006 to 2012, starting as a Product Manager and later becoming an Operations Project Manager. Tom co-founded and served as the CEO of SocialTrending from 2008 to 2010. In 2006, they played as a Footballer for Berwick Rangers, contributing to the team's promotion in the Scottish Football League Third Division. Before that, they worked as a Network Solutions Consultant at Allyance Communications from 2005 to 2006, and in Data Entry and Loan processing at Bridge Capital Corporation from 2003 to 2004.

Tom Britton completed their education at UC Irvine, where they obtained a degree in Economics from 2001 to 2005. Tom further pursued their academic growth by attending the Cambridge Judge Business School, graduating in 2013 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Tom has obtained certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Cambridge Business School in 2013 and a Prince2 Product Manager certification from Reed in 2008.
