Nahid Shahmarvand

Nahid Shahmarvand is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in oncology. Currently serving as Senior Medical Director at Syneos Health, Shahmarvand has progressed through various roles including Medical Director and Associate Medical Director. Previous experience includes positions as Senior and Clinical Research Coordinator in Oncology at Stanford Cancer Institute, as well as ECFMG-related roles at ECFMG. Shahmarvand completed postdoctoral research at Stanford University and underwent residency training in Breast and GI Oncology at the Department of Oncology, Herlev Hospital in Denmark. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and further studies at Stanford University.
