Virginia Briones

Ma. Virginia Briones, sHRBP is Director, Global Human Resources and Operations at Synergos. She works on a broad array of human resource functions including recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, Human Resource policies and procedures and compliance and full-scale administrative functions. She handles the payroll processing and manages the front desk coverage.

Prior to her stint with Synergos, Virginia worked for seven years with Ayala Aon, a joint venture of Aon Corporation and Ayala Corporation of the Philippines in the areas of Information Technology, Administration and Human Resources. Her last role was the Executive Assistant for the President & CEO. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
