Donna Hyland

Donna Hyland is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business leadership and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as the Executive Director - Business Leadership at Synergy Group since July 2023. Prior roles include working at Access Alumni focusing on stakeholder engagement and business readiness for Defence Enterprise Transformation and various management consulting positions at Synergy Group and KPMG Australia, where Donna specialized in change management, communication, and organizational change management for defense projects. Donna has a strong background in industrial relations and human resources from positions at The Australian National University, ActewAGL, and Queensland University of Technology. Additionally, Donna has military experience as an Air Defence/Air Combat Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, a Master’s Degree in Employment Relations, a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography.
