Brandon Naicker

Brandon Naicker is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in team leadership within the contact center industry. Since August 2019, Brandon has served as Operations Manager at Synergy Contact Centre while also holding the role of Team Leader. Additionally, since November 2021, Brandon has worked as Operations Manager at UK NutunCX, previously known as Synergy Outsourcing. Prior roles include Team Leader at CCI South Africa from January 2018 to July 2019 and Team Manager at Mystical Ice T/a Yonga Imali from March 2014 to February 2016. Brandon holds a certificate in Importing/Exporting from Maritime Business and Computer College, earned between February 2011 and January 2012.
