Alison Fitch Pt, Dpt

Alison Fitch, PT, DPT, currently serves as a Physical Therapist at Synergy Care, Inc. since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Student Physical Therapist at Athletico, where evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic conditions were primary responsibilities, and at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, focusing on Balance and Vestibular cases. Earlier, Alison worked at Liberty Senior Living, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery across various diagnoses. Volunteering experience includes roles at Bodies in Balance Physical Therapy, Shoreline Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, and NHRMC Rehabilitation Hospital. Alison holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
