Hisaya Kobayashi

Hisaya Kobayashi currently serves as the Country Manager for Japan at Syngenta, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kobayashi was the President and CEO for Asia at Arysta LifeScience, and before that, was the Region Head for Asia at UPL from February 2019 to September 2023. Kobayashi's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Waseda University, obtained between April 1987 and March 1991.
