Monica Barkley

Monica Barkley currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Syngenta, having joined the company in May 2024. Prior to this, Monica held various leadership roles in human resources at Critical Mass from February 2018 to April 2024, including Director and Associate Director. Monica's experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Hotel Arts from December 2014 to February 2018, where the focus was on supporting internal staff known as Artisans. Earlier professional endeavors involved co-owning Bukara, an imported luxury goods company, founding The Sool Company, and developing educational curricula as an English instructor. Monica earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of Saskatchewan and participated in a student exchange at Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt.
