Anders Lund

Anders Lund has extensive experience in analytical development for the biotechnology industry. Anders currently serves as the Head of Analytical Development at Synlogic, Inc. where they lead a team of 7 in developing and validating procedures for measuring critical quality attributes of novel therapies using various analytical technologies. Prior to their role at Synlogic, Anders worked at Genzyme, a Sanofi company, where they served as a Scientific Director and later as a Scientific Fellow. In these roles, they led teams in developing, qualifying, and validating procedures for measuring critical quality attributes of enzyme replacement therapies and monoclonal antibody programs. Their teams utilized a range of analytical technologies including chromatography, gel electrophoresis, iso-electric focusing, and colorimetric assays.

Anders Lund pursued their education at North Dakota State University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. Following this, they attended Purdue University from 1988 to 1994, completing their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
