Aliva Panigrahy

Aliva Panigrahy is the current Regional HR Head at Synopsys. Prior to this, they were the Location Head HR at Zensar Technologies from September 2016 to July 2020, anchoring the Unit OD activities in the area of Performance Management and Career development initiatives for the portfolio comprising of Manufacturing , Engineering units in Infosys. Before that, they were with Thomson Reuters from January 2014 to August 2016 as the Manager - HR, responsible for creating, executing and sustaining talent development initiatives in the area of Top Talent Identification and Grooming, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Deployment. At Thomson Reuters, they also designed the Talent Mobility framework for top talent deployment within operation centers and to revenue generating business units to facilitate organizations strategy of encouraging organic growth.

Aliva Panigrahy has an MBA in HR and IT from IBAT School of Management, KIIt deemed University. Aliva also has a BE in E&TC from SMIT Engg College. Aliva has 12th in Science from KK(A) college and 10th in Class 10th from Govt Sec & Trg School. Aliva is certified as Internal Facilitator ZenMaster from Zensar Technologies and PPA - Thomas Profiling from Thomas International.

They work with Cynthia Sierra - HR Business Partner Director, Anil Sharma - Director Human Resources, and Huib Groenendijk - HR Director Northern & Central Europe. Aliva Panigrahy reports to Sarah Kensler, HR Director.
