Kaitlyn Keebaugh

Kaitlyn Keebaugh, MSBA, has a diverse professional background in information technology and financial services. Currently serving as an IT Application Analyst II at Synovus since October 2020, Kaitlyn focuses on identifying business requirements, creating project specifications, and ensuring adherence to IT strategy, among other responsibilities. Previous roles at Synovus include IT Support Analyst II and IT Support Analyst, where Kaitlyn developed and enforced departmental policies and procedures. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Services Representative at Capstone Financial, LLC, offering a range of financial products, and as a Client Relationship Representative Intern at IBM, where networking and client engagement were key components.
