Hao Guan

Hao Guan has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Hao worked at Synthego Corporation from 2017 to the present where they held the positions of VP, Finance and Accounting and Corporate Controller. Prior to that, they worked at Elixir Medical Corporation as a Corporate Controller from 2016 to 2017. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Corporate Controller at SkyCross. Hao also worked at ALPHA AND OMEGA SEMICONDUCTOR, INC as Sr. Director of Finance & Treasurer from 2006 to 2013, at INFRANT TECHNOLOGIES, INC as Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller in 2005, at SUMMIT MICROELECTRONICS, INC as a Corporate Controller from 1999 to 2004, and at LSI Logic as an Accountant from 1996 to 1999.

Hao Guan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from San Jose State University. This education took place from 1993 to 1997.
